SAM IKUESAN
PRESIDENT / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Sam Ikuesan is the President/Chief Executive Officer of OILWAY LTD. After graduating with his MBA in Finance from Alabama A & M University in 1988, Sam went on to enjoy an illustrious 15-year-long career as Senior Financial Analyst for one of Atlanta, Georgia’s largest health systems, Grady Hospital. In this role, Sam has been entrusted as the singular point of contact on Medical School accounts in excess of $150 million dollars on a continual basis.
Over the past 25 years, Sam has built and sustained an impeccable track record of performance in Accounting, Financial Management and Federal Regulatory standards. In his previous roles, he has served as a: Bank Settlement Specialist and Auditor with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and in a variety of management and directorial capacities. Sam lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his family.
OGUNDEJI MATHIAS GBOYEGA
(B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA, Ph.D., AMNIM, FCTI, FCA)
VICE PRESIDENT / CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mathias ‘Gboyega Ogundeji is the Managing Consultant of Caladium Consulting and Managing Partner of Mathias Gboyega Ogundeji & Co (Chartered Accountants and Tax Practitioners). Mathias graduated with B.Sc. (Honours) and M.Sc. in Accounting from University of Lagos and obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA-Finance) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Accounting from Kwara State University, Malete, Kwara Stat, Nigeria. Mathias is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigerian (FCTI). He is also an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Management of Nigeria (AMNIM).
He has over 25 years of experience in Finance, Audit, Taxation, and Management Consultancy both in public and private sector of the economy. Mathias was the Principal Partner in the firm of MOMOLT and Co (Chartered Accountants). Mathias ‘Gboyega Ogundeji served as the General Manager-Finance, UAC Restaurants, Finance Manager, UAC Franchising Division, Commercial Manager, Menu Masters, Commercial Manager, UACN Personal Products and Pharmaceutical Limited, Financial Accountant to CAP PLC. He also occupied the position of National Audit Coordinator and Ag. Group Audit Manager, UACN PLC.
Mathias ‘Gboyega Ogundeji was the Assistant Council Treasurer and Head of Finance and Administration to Somolu Local Government, in Lagos State between 1997 and 1999 before joining the services of UAC PLC.
Mathias is currently a visiting lecturer to Trinity University, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria. Mathias was an adjunct Lecturer to the Lagos International Campus of University of Education, Winneba on Accounting, Ghana. Mathias was a guest lecturer to College of Health Technology, Yaba on Basic accounting. He was a lecturer in Auditing and Investigation, Business management, Public Sector Accounting, Financial Accounting at Triumph Associates, Student Pye Ltd and Alpha Tutors, respectively. Mathias is an alumnus of Lagos Business School.
Mathias has authoured and co-authoured about 15 academic publications in accounting, taxation, auditing and information technology in recognised journals both locally and internally. He has also presented both academic and professional papers at seminars and workshops, nationally.
He has attended training in management, strategy development, finance, accounting, taxation and software implementation both home and abroad. Mathias is currently an Invigilator as well as an Assessor to ICAN in its professional examinations.
OLUWOLE ENITAN EZEKIEL
VICE PRESIDENT / CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Oluwole Enitan Ezekiel was born in Isale Offin area of Olowogbowo in Lagos Island on the 10th of September, 1967 to a Christian father, Late Osmund Olubi Ezekiel and a Muslim mother, Late Adijat Kuburat Ezekiel (Nee Sulaimon).
He had his primary education at The St. Paul Breadfruit School, Davies Street, Off Broad Street, Lagos Island. He finished his Secondary School in 1983 at the Boy’s Academy on Simpson Street, Lagos Island. Oluwole proceeded to Methodist Boy’s High School on Broad Street, Lagos Island where he did only Lower Six but have A’Level Certificate of the WAEC November/December 1985.
He graduated from the Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo Lagos in 1991 with a B.A (Hons) in Arabic. He did 1 session in University of Khartoum, Sudan in an exchange programme in Arabic Language during my undergraduate years at LASU.
Oluwole did his NYSC was with The Nigerian Immigration Service in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State in 1991/1992. He was at the prestigious Nigerian Institute of Journalism (NIJ), Ogba-Ikeja, Lagos where he got his Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations in 1994.

Former Member of Media & Publicity Committee of a community based Socio-Cultural Association named “Offin Indigene Association” and Public Relations Officer of the said Association. Former Member of Media & Publicity Committee of Lagos State APC for the Governorship Election of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu in 2019 and General Secretary of the Print Media Subcommittee. Erstwhile Welfare officer of the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC), Lion Building Police Division. The 1st General Secretary of Community Policing Unit (CPU) of Lion Building Police Division, Lagos State Police Command.
Currently, one of the Executive Advisers of an NGO named Eagle Crime Awareness and Prevention Initiative (ECAPI) in Nigeria. Oluwole Enitan Ezekiel is married to Omolara Ezekiel of The Nigerian Television Authority (NTA- ETV) Tejuosho, Lagos with 2 lovely children, Mr Olawale Donald Ezekiel (Mechanical Engineer) and Miss Oludotun Carolyne Ezekiel (Geologist). Oluwole Ezekiel rich and versatile experience will drive growth of OILWAY Limited.
MR. OLADIMEJI OLAWALE YUSUF
DIRECTOR, SECURITY AND SPECIAL EVENTS
He was born in Lagos Island, Lagos State on the 14th day of September, 1970 to the family of Alhaji Atanda Shuaib Yusuf and Alhaja Alimot Shadiat Yusuf. He had his Primary Education at the Christ Cathedral School in Lagos Island while his Secondary School Education was at the Okesuna High School in Lafiaji Area of Lagos Island. Thereafter, he worked with the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing for 14years before he retired in year 2007 and ventured fully into the private business world.
He has rich experiences in diverse business areas such as Property and Real Estate business. Oil and Gas business, Private Security Services, Transport and Logistics business amongst others.
Mr. Oladimeji Olawale Yusuf has facilitated and nurturing of several businesses in Nigeria. He is a great grassroot mobilizer and politician. A member of Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) of the Lion Building Police Division. A football lover and sports enthusiast.
He’s happily married to his lovely wife, Mrs Afusat Busola Adenuga Yusuf with 3 lovely children namely; Oladipupo Ismail Yusuf, Yetunde Rodiat Yusuf and Olayemi Tawakalitu Yusuf.
SAHEED OSENI
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Saheed is a detail-oriented Administrative Director with 7 years of maintaining efficiency in all-day-to-day work activities. He obtained his National Diploma in Banking and Finance at the Lagos state polytechnic (LASPOTECH).
He has worked at the National Population Commission and also worked at the Lagos water corporation, (Iponri) where he keeps and maintains all work operations. Saheed moved further to work at Impulse Commercial LLC, Abu Dhabi, UAE where he gained most of his working experience and work strategies.
OLADIPUPO ORIYOMI
MANAGER, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Highly dedicated Web Developer and UI/UX Designer certified by Google with over 10 years of experience. Over the years, he has been responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading computer-related activities.
Oladipupo, an IT Support Specialist certified by Google, has helped in determining the ICT needs of organizations and responsible for implementing computer systems to fulfill organizations IT requirements. Based on his experience in Web Design and UI/UX Design, he has had the opportunity to work on several web projects and mobile applications. He loves to design amazing products that focus on user-centric experiences and meaningful identities.
STELLA OBADIAH
LEGAL ADVISER
STELLA OBADIAH is a seasoned Lawyer and an alumnus of Lagos State University. She is the Principal partner of Empravo Law Firm. She is an experienced Legal Practitioner skilled in Corporate/ Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution (Litigation) and Legal Drafting. She is also an active litigator with wealth of experience in litigation.
She is skilled in Oil and Gas Law, Maritime Law, contracts and General corporate advisory. She is the company secretary of diverse companies in Nigeria. She has advised businesses in various sectors of the economy on their compliance and legal requirements with a view to ensuring their legal, administrative and regulatory compliance and perpetuity.
